§ 74-446. Nonconformity.

  • Any structure, use of any structure or land or existing lot of record that was lawful at the time of the construction of the structure, commencement of use of the structure or recordation of the plat showing the lot of record, but which structure, use or lot did not comply with one or more provisions of the town zoning or subdivision ordinance at the time of the adoption of such ordinance, or which, because of amendment of the zoning or subdivision ordinance duly adopted, or any amendment which shall be in the future adopted, thus does not comply with all of the terms and provisions of such zoning and/or subdivision ordinance shall be considered nonconforming.
