§ 74-283. Minimum lot size.

Latest version.

No building shall be erected, placed or allowed to remain on any lot which has an area of less than 10,000 square feet. Notwithstanding the foregoing, lots of record prior to June 13, 2006 within the R-1 zoning district exceeding 7,500 square feet in area but containing less than 10,000 square feet of area shall nevertheless be deemed conforming lots for all purposes.
