§ 74-63. Drainage.

  • Notwithstanding issuance of building, landscaping, or other development permits by the town or the state, it shall be unlawful for any person to alter the natural drainage patterns and systems of lots or tracts of land, or to increase the drainage flow of water from lots or tracts of land, in such a manner as to cause flooding of other properties (including streets) or other harmful effects to other properties (including streets).
