§ 51-8. Exemptions.

Exempted from this chapter are the golf carts of the country club of the Crystal Coast when driven directly across Oak Leaf Drive between the club's entry driveway and the first tee and between the 15th hole and the tees for the 7th and 16th tees and golf carts used in town parades.
