§ 46-4. Skateboarding and skating.

  • (a)

    No person shall operate or ride a skateboard or roller skates upon any of the streets, highways, alleys or sidewalks within the town without due caution and circumspection or in a manner so as to endanger or be likely to endanger any person or property.

    (b)

    No person shall use a skateboard or roller skates upon any of the streets, highways, alleys or walkways within the town between sunset and the following dawn.

    (c)

    No person shall use a skateboard on any property owned or controlled by the town or the state except on public streets, highways, alleys and sidewalks as provided in this section, unless the owner thereof has given specific written permission for such use.
