§ 18-1. Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to provide an avenue whereby the Mayor of the Town of Pine Knoll Shores can take action, on an emergency basis, to:
(1)

Minimize the possible suffering of citizens or the potential for property damage by limiting access to certain areas.

(2)

Limit the movement of objects or people during certain periods.
