§ 14-1. Regulating the hours of certain alcohol sales within the town limits.

The sale of malt beverages, unfortified wine, fortified wine and mixed beverages shall be allowed within the Town of Pine Knoll Shores's town limits at any premises licensed pursuant to G.S. 18B-1001 on Sunday's beginning at 10:00 a.m.
